Stephen Nedoroscik took to Instagram to share a humorous comparison video of his pommel horse practice from a year ago versus today. The video highlights the challenges he faces in regaining his peak form after stepping away from intense gymnastics training.
The pommel horse athlete took a break from his gymnastics routine after joining Dancing with the Stars. The show concluded in November 2024, allowing him to return to regular practice.
In the video, the pommel horse athlete's playful reaction to failing his current practice session contrasts sharply with his flawless performance a year ago, as he jokingly said:
"I'm intimidated by my year-ago self"
Nedoroscik won two bronze medals at the 2024 Paris Olympics: one in the individual men's pommel horse event and another as part of the US team in the men's gymnastics team event. He is also a two-time US national champion and a two-time NCAA national champion.
Following the Paris Olympics, the bronze medalist teamed up with Rylee Arnold on Dancing with the Stars, where they secured fourth place with a score of 112. after showcasing his talent on the dance floor, he has returned to his gymnastics routine.

After a four-month break due to Dancing with the Stars, Stephen Nedoroscik is back in the gym. He recently shared a video of himself enjoying some fun practice sessions with fellow gymnasts.
The pommel horse athlete and his fellow gymnast Bobby Alesio took on a unique challenge: flipping in the air and landing on designated spots arranged in a Tic Tac Toe grid.
Nedoroscik's first two attempts didn't go as planned, as he struggled to stay on the spot after landing. However, in his subsequent tries, he nailed the flip and landed squarely on the spot, securing his 'circle' in the Tic Tac Toe challenge.

Following his performance on Dancing with the Stars, Nedoroscik is set to co-host DWTS Live 2025. The show will feature talented celebrities, including Alan Bersten, Brandon Amstrong, Pasha Pashkov, Rylee Arnold, Daniella Karagach, Gleb Savchenko, Ezra Sosa, Emma Slater and Britt Stewart.
During the live show, he will return to his alma mater, Penn State, when the tour stops at the Bryce Jordan Center in January 2025.
