American gymnast Stephen Nedoroscik stepped in for his Dance With the Stars (DWTS) live tour rehearsals with pro dancer, Ezra Sosa. This comes just ahead of the tour's stop in Boston on Friday (Jan 17) at the Boch Center.
Both Sosa and Nedoroscik participated in the 33rd edition of the show with partners Anna Delvey and Rylee Arnold, respectively. While Nedoroscik and Arnold made their way to the show's season finale and clinched fourth place, Sosa and Delvey faced elimination during the second week and eventually finished in 13th place.
A couple of months later, Sosa and Nedoroscik were again seen together for the DWTS live tour practice. Sosa took to his Instagram handle to share a video of their practice sessions including the sarcastic gigs in between. Sosa remarked in the caption:
"It’s safe to say we never got any applause lol 😅💀 @dwtstourofficial"
The in-video text read:
"Stephen and I practicing for the VIP tour experience"
Following the Boston event, Stephen Nedorscik will also feature in the tour's show in Atlantic City, Lancaster, Buffalo, etc in the coming weeks. Several other DWTS pros such as Joey Graziadei and Chandler Kinney will assist Nedoroscik during the tour.
Stephen Nedoroscik opened up about his love for gymnastics
Stephen Nedoroscik expressed his thoughts on the importance of gymnastics in his life. This comes just a couple of months after he competed for the national team and clinched two bronze medals (team and pommel horse) in the 2024 Paris Olympics.
During the Jennifer Hudson Show, Nedoroscik stated that gymnastics taught him the objectives and goals in his life and also the way of setting the aims. He also mentioned about the deteriorating opportunities for the men's gymnasts. The 26-year-old said:
"Gymnastics is my life. I mean it taught me you know goals, how to set goals, go after goals. It's a great thing to be a part of, to teach you life lesson, and the community is just beautiful and I think any kid who wants to dream big and do gymnastics should have the opportunity. Like right now in the NCAA a lot of programs are dropping, and outside the NCAA there isn't many opportunities." [1:56 onwards]
During the interview, Stephen Nedoroscik also said that he wanted to use his DWTS opportunity to spread the importance of men's gymnastics. Nedoroscik also has a potent record in the collegiate circuit where he competed for the Penn State Nittany Lions. He won two pommel horse NCAA titles during his time at the University.
