Stephen Nedoroscik reacted to his dance partner, Rylee Arnold's recent update of 'keeping up with him' amid the DWTS live tour. They attained a fourth-place finish in the show's finale last year.
Nedoroscik had a smooth run in the 2024 season as he competed brilliantly at the Paris Olympics and then was approached for participation in the Dancing With the Stars show. Here, he was paired with her dance partner, Rylee Arnold, and then earned a fourth-place finish in the show's final on November 26.
They have reunited at the DWTS Live tour, which started on January 7 and will take place in almost 68 cities. On January 12, Arnold shared a video on her Instagram handle where she and Nedoroscik practiced a dance routine.
The 19-year-old added a caption where she expressed her feelings about teaching the gymnast the routine.
"Just trying to keep up with @stephen_nedoroscik here😂😂😂 "
Nedoroscik reacted to this, re-sharing Arnold's post on his Instagram story and adding the emoji:
"🐐"
Nedoroscik took center stage after his historic performance at the Paris Olympics as he played a significant role in helping his team win a medal after 16 years. He scored 14.866 points in the team all-around event, which led to Team USA winning a bronze medal. Along with this, he also won a bronze medal in the pommel horse.
Stephen Nedoroscik once opened up about having no experience with dancing
Featuring in a talk show, 'Live Kelly and Mark' in October last year, Stephen Nedoroscik opened up about having no experience with dancing. He revealed his mentality about which is more nerve-wracking between dancing and gymnastics. Along with this, he also made his feelings known about his dance partner, Rylee Arnold.
"Amazingly, they are quite similar. It is obviously more nerve wracking when you have people relying on you to get a team medal, but like you know, I don't know how good I am at dance, I don't know how people are going to perceive it, so there is that nervous factor, and it's like 'Oh man, this is all new to me, I might mess it up,'" Stephen Nedoroscik said.
Speaking to Joe Rulphis, Nedoroscik also credited his dance partner for her support.
"I'm so lucky cause I got Rylee paired at me, and we have like very similar energy, so like immediately I was a little embarassed, cause I wan't picking up on the steps very fast, but like she saw how motivated I was, and like I was like if I'm doing this, I'm going all out."
Apart from his involvement in the DWTS tour, Stephen Nedorscik also opened up about his aim of inventing a skill on the pommel horse.
