Rylee Arnold, Stephen Nedoroscik's partner on the 33rd season of Dancing With The Stars, was seemingly emotional after getting featured in the Olympian's best moments of 2024. The pair impressed during the reality dancing show, placing fourth in the grand finale in November.
Nedoroscik bid farewell to 2024 by sharing his 12 best moments of the year in an Instagram post on Tuesday. The post featured glimpses from his historic Paris Olympics campaign, an appearance on The Tonight Show, and a couple of pictures each with his girlfriend Tess McCracken and Arnold. The Olympic medalist termed the year a good one.
"2024 was pretty good, could’ve been better," Stephen Nedoroscik wrote.
Arnold reposted the pair's picture from the DWTS set and claimed that teaming up with Nedoroscik was the best part of her 2024. Thanking the gymnast, she wrote:
"One of the best parts of my year was being your partner Steve 🥹🫶 thank you for everything!!! @ stephen_nedoroscik."
Nedoroscik was paired with Arnold for DWTS after leading the USA men's gymnastics team to its first medal since 2008 at the Paris Olympics before winning another bronze medal in the pommel horse final. While the 26-year-old was insecure about his dancing skills at the start of the show, he combined perfectly with Arnold, impressing judges and fans alike to finish fourth during the finale on November 26.
"It is unbelievable what you have taught me" - Stephen Nedoroscik penned heartfelt note for Rylee Arnold following DWTS finale
Stephen Nedoroscik and Rylee Arnold earned a score of 29 out of 30 for their redemption dance before a fiery freestyle dance performance on a pommel horse earned them a perfect 30. However, it wasn't enough for the pair to get their hands on the Mirror Ball trophy, finishing fourth, which still marked Arnold's best finish in her second season as a professional dancer on the show.
Nedoroscik penned a heartwarming note for her on Instagram following the finale and thanked her for honing his dancing skills.
"I’m a Pommel Horse specialist. I had never danced, performed with emotion, or had to be delicate. Rylee, I feel so lucky to have had you by my side. Your positivity, kindness, and determination made every second of this experience worthwhile.
"Looking back on our first rehearsals, when I was timid, to now ending the show with a perfect score, it is unbelievable what you have taught me. Thank you for not only being the best dance partner, but also an indispensable friend 🫶🏻. Cheers to all the kick ball pains, quahs, “just kidding”s, car rides, and burps 🥂🪩🕺🏻," he wrote.
Nedoroscik is now set to co-host the 2025 Dancing With The Stars Tour which starts on January 7th at Altria Theater in Richmond, VA, while Arnold will make a guest appearance in the latter stages.
