Stephen Nedoroscik wished Thanksgiving after returning home from a successful Dancing With the Stars stint. Several other elite and NCAA gymnasts, such as Suni Lee, Jordan Chiles, Hezyl Rivera, and Kayla Dicello, also joined to extend heartfelt wishes on the holiday celebrated across the US, Canada, St. Lucia, Liberia, and other countries.
Nedoroscik was recently on the run for the Mirrorball trophy in the Dancing With the Stars season 33 finale. The pommel horse bronze medalist and his professional partner Rylee Arnold capped off their season with a Quickstep to 'I'll Be There For You' and Freestyle to Coldplay's 'Viva La Vida'. They finished fourth as Joey Graziadei and Jenna Johnson were crowned winners.
After the reality show concluded, the holiday season ushered in and Nedoroscik returned home to celebrate Thanksgiving with his loved ones. In his Instagram story, he snapped a fountain and wrote:
"Aaaand we back. Happy Thanksgiving yall"
Several other NCAA and elite gymnasts also took to their social media handles to extend greetings for Thanksgiving.
Suni Lee, the all-around bronze medalist at the Paris Olympics, had a successful year filled with fashion adventures, even attending the New York Fashion Week and the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. She rang in the holiday season with gratitude, penning:
"Happy Thanksgiving. Thankful is an understatement, so so grateful for every opportunity"
Jordan Chiles, a US women's gymnastics team member that won gold in Paris, joined the celebration in an oversized denim and black t-shirt, furry knee-high boots, and her signature bandana.
"lover girl on Thanksgiving"
Hezly Rivera, the youngest US women's gymnastics team member in Paris, shared a photo with her family from the Olympic Village to wish Thanksgiving.
"Happy Thanksgiving"
Kayla Dicello, the Florida Gators athlete who missed the Paris Olympic team after injuring her Achilles, posted a collage with her loved ones in her Instagram story, expressing thankfulness.
"Thankful for so much"
Other gymnasts like Olympic all-around champion Gabby Douglas and Stephen Nedoroscik's Olympic teammate Paul Juda also celebrated the holiday.
Stephen Nedoroscik received special mirrorball glasses ahead of Thanksgiving
The pommel horse bronze medalist turned heads throughout the season, incorporating his gymnastic skills in his performances and even performed on the pommel horse in the finale. Though the dancing pair of Stephen Nedoroscik and Rylee Arnold failed to finish on the podium, the former received special acclaim from the 'Good Morning America' show.
The team of the popular US show gifted a pair of mirrorball glasses to the 25-year-old to honor his performances in DWTS. In a video posted by the American show on Instagram, Nedoroscik expressed delight after receiving the present.
"I love this," he said after trying the glasses on.
The DWTS will return in 2025 as the 'Dancing with the Stars: Live! 2025 tour with Nedoroscik as the co-host.
