Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone shares heartfelt note for husband Andre after concluding her season that included two golds at Paris Olympics

Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone shared a short, heartfelt note for her husband Andre Levrone. The 25-year-old had an impressive 2024 season, that saw her win two gold medals at the Paris Olympics.

McLaughlin-Levrone won her first gold medal in the 400m hurdles event, where she clocked a world record of 50.37s to stand atop the podium. She bested her on-field arch-rivals, Anna Cockrell and Femke Bol, who recorded 51.87s and 52.15s, claiming second and third place, respectively.

Following this, Mclaughlin-Levrone won her second gold medal at the Paris Olympics in the 4x400m relay. Here, she and her team, which included Shamier Little, Gabby Thomas, and Alexis Holmes, ran an impressive time of 3:15.27 to stand atop the podium. They trounced Netherlands and Great Britain, who posted 3:19.50 and 3:19.72 and claimed second and third place, respectively.

Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone recently shared a heartfelt note for her husband, Andre Levrone, who is also a former NFL player. She took to her Instagram stories and shared an image of them together, striking an adorable pose. She captioned the story:

Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone opened up about how Andre Levrone inspires her the most

Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone recently opened up about what she loved about her husband, Andre Levrone, in an interview with Track Spice. She opened up about getting inspired by him and appreciated him for pushing her to do the best. She also opened up about no judgement in their relationship and said her relationship with him was pure.

"What inspires me most about Andre is how much he pushes me to be the best that I can be," Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone said. "Not a lot of people truly see the purity in everybody, but he does."

She added:

"In our relationship, there is never judgment. It is truly just love and concern and being able to have open honest dialogue where you can get things out there."

Mclaughlin-Levrone and Andre Levrone met each other through a mutual friend, who was a high school mate of the American athlete and the college friend of Levrone. The couple did not speak to each other when they met; however, their first conversation happened when Andre had slid into McLaughlin's personal DM.

The couple got engaged on August 5, 2021, at the Four Seasons Resort in Scottsdale and tied the knot in 2022.
