Riley Gaines recently reacted to a woman inmate suing the authorities for allowing a convicted child molester near them. The inmate has accused the molester of sexually assaulting her.

An X user by the handle @libsoftiktok summarized the case in brief, as they mentioned,

"This is 6’4 convicted child m*****er Christopher Scott Williams who pretends to be a woman. He was placed in a women’s prison in Washington where he allegedly s*xually assaulted his cellmate, Mozzy Clark. Mozzy is now suing the State Dept of Corrections." [Source: New York Post]

Gaines reacted to the situation as she wrote on her X handle [formerly Twitter],

"I mean, what did they expect? They put a VIOLENT CHILD RAPIST in an isolated space with vulnerable women? This is cruel and unusual punishment. They knowingly put these women in harm's way. Good for the female inmate that's suing."

Riley Gaines has been campaigning against the inclusion of trans athletes in women's sports since 2022, when she campaigned against the bias shown by NCAA towards the transgender swimmer Lia Thomas.

Riley Gaines recently made her stance clear around the 'transphobia' around the rape survivors. She had a chat with a Republican Senator over this issue, which she also shared with her followers on X [previously Twitter].

For the unversed, Nancy Mace is a member of the House of Representatives, who had come under fire for her proposal to restrict the trans congresswomen at the Capitol Hill from using the women's restrooms. Gaines had supported her approach, and also called out those who were mocking Mace's views.

In the conversation with Mace, the 24-year-old social activist asked her how she felt when people addressed her as 'transphobic'. The Republican Senator replied by saying:

"And also, the other thing is, that as a rape survivor, I shouldn't have to be the one out there. I should never have to explain that I'm a rape survivor and why I don't want men in the restroom, or why I don't want to be forced to undress in front of a man."

Gaines had previously campaigned against the MLK High School on identical issues. She also campaigned against the participation of Blaire Fleming at the Mountain West Conference League over the controversy around her gender identity.
