Ilona Maher's dance partner Alan Bersten recently offered fans a behind-the-scenes look at the rehearsals for DWTS: Live 2025. He shared a lighthearted video on social media, capturing a playful exercise with fellow dancers.

Following the conclusion of Dancing with the Stars Season 33 in November 2024, the show returned for its live tour, which began on January 7. The next performance is scheduled for January 14 at Merrill Auditorium in Portland, Maine.

Bersten took to Instagram to share the video in January 2025. In the video, the dancer participated in a unique rehearsal activity. The challenge required each participant to remain inside an allotted box on the floor, close their eyes, and jog in place. The goal was to maintain their position without stepping outside the boundaries.

The clip humorously showcased the Latin and American ballroom's struggle with the task, as he could not stay within the designated area. He captioned the post:

"Well, this is embarrassing. We are professional dancers, and I did the absolute worst 😂"

He also commented on his post reflecting on the difficulty of maintaining balance during exercise.

"I was on my way to the next city😂😂😂," Bersten commented.

Ilona Maher joined season 33 of DWTS with Alan Bersten shortly after competing in the 2024 Paris Games, where she earned a bronze medal. The pair finished as runner-up on the show.

Currently, the rugby player is in the United Kingdom, training with the Bristol Bears under a short-term contract for the 2025 Premiership Women's Rugby League. Despite her schedule, she made time to reunite with the dancer before he embarked on the live tour.
