Tia Jones' fiancé Xavier Worthy gushes over the sprinter's highlights from Kansas City Chiefs AFC Championship victory

Tia Jones attended her fiance Xavier Worthy and the Kansas City Chiefs AFC Championship game on Sunday, and the rookie wide receiver couldn't resist complimenting her stylish look for the game. The couple have been dating since early 2024 and got engaged in July last year.

Kansas City faced the Buffalo Bills in their seventh straight AFC Championship game on Sunday and put up a clinical display to seal their third consecutive Super Bowl appearance. The Chiefs were led by quarterback Patrick Mahomes yet again while Worthy made six catches for 85 yards, including a crucial touchdown reception from Mahomes.

Tia Jones was present in the stands yet again to cheer for Worthy and celebrated the win together with the receiver at the GEHA Field. She shared the pictures from her trip to Arrowhead Stadium on Instagram and backed the Chiefs to complete the historic three-peat in New Orleans next month.

"We bringing that bowl back to the city 🤍♥️ !!!! #nola," she captioned.

Worthy appreciated the support, and also complimented her look.

"Sexy😍😍," he commented and Jones replied with "all yours."

Jones has attended nearly all of the Worthy's games in the NFL this season, embracing custom outfits to support the rookie wide receiver. Kansas City will now face the Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl LIX on February 9.

Speaking during an appearance on The Pregame Podcast with Tokyo and Sydnee, Tia Jones revealed that Xavier Worthy had approached her through Instagram at first. However, she didn't give much attention to it.

"I received a DM from him before, but I didn't reply. It's Instagram, you know? You just swipe past," she said

Jones added that she later moved to Texas, where Worthy was playing college football for the Texas Longhorns. The American 60m hurdles record holder was once late to a party with her friends, and the delay resulted in a meetup with the wide receiver. What started as a chance meeting turned into a date before the couple made the relationship public at the 2024 NFL Draft.

"That's why God made me late to that dinner, because I met my man," Tia Jones remarked

Jones missed the most of 2024 season due to an injury she sustained in the indoor season. She is now slated to return to the competition at the Milrose Games on February 8 and will face Devynne Charlton, and Masai Russel among other athletes.
