"This is a first of its kind agency that is focused on women's sports. We all feel the momentum that's happening now. We need to be focused on these athletes, and that's what we're here to do. To help grow their brands, and to do it in a nontraditional way."

Allyson Felix said in an interview with Olympics.com in 2023 that supporting women, especially when they embrace motherhood, is a significant deed. Felix was quoted as saying:

"Giving support to women when they decide to have children is huge," she said. "There are a lot of ways that we can continue to step up. I really want young women in the sport to know that they have a decision when they can start a family."

She added:

"For me, I really felt like I had to put it off, and I don't want anyone else to feel that way. The only way to combat that is to be able to support in every capacity, and so focus on childcare and just that the women feel supported as an athlete."

Felix, a mother of two, balanced the responsibilities of motherhood with her decorated track running career.
