U.S Core Hydration Classic Final Results: Simone Biles dominates the all-around event in major Olympic season opener, Shilese Jones tops uneven bars

With the 2024 Paris Olympics approaching in nearly two months, the top American gymnasts went head-to-head at the 2024 U.S Core Hydration Classic to prove their prospects. The event featured Olympian and world champions, including Simone Biles, Gabby Douglas, Suni Lee, Shilese Jones and Jordan Chiles, to name a few.

The U.S Core Hydration Classic was held on two days i.e. May 17 and 18, 2024 with Day 1 featuring the Hopes Championships and Junior Women's events and Day 2 showcasing the thrilling face-off between senior women gymnasts at the XL Center, an Arena in Hartford, Connecticut.

Simone Biles again displayed her gymnastics prowess at the 2024 U.S Core Hydration Classic after topping four events, including the individual all-around, balance beam(14.55), vault (15.6), and floor exercise (14.8). She posted 59.5 points in the all-around event, leaving behind Shilese Jones and Jordan Chiles, who collected 57.65 and 55.45 points, respectively.

The 2020 Tokyo Olympic gold medalist Suni Lee settled behind Biles in the balance beam event with 14.5 points. Shilese Jones dominated the uneven bars with 15.25 points, leaving behind Biles and Chiles.

Gabby Douglas could not perform to the expectations of the much-awaited fans as she settled in 49th place with 10.1 points in the all-around event.
