U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials Schedule Day 7: Noah Lyles and Sha'Carri Richardson in action to secure their Olympic Berth in the 200m

The U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials 2024 will feature several events on Day 7, including the 200m finals, 20 km race walk, shot put, and multiple others. After qualifying for the heats and semi-finals of the 200m, Noah Lyles and Sha'Carri Richardson will run the finals to book their tickets for the Paris Olympics.

On Day 6, Noah Lyles continued his quest to add 200m to his Paris Olympics schedule and delivered a dominant semi-final in the event. He recorded a season-best time of 19.60s and was followed by Chrsitian Coleman, who recorded 19.89s. The third position was claimed by Erriyon Knighton, who clocked 19.93s.

Richardson equaled her personal best in the women's 200m semi finals after clocking 21.92s. However, Gabby Thomas stole the spotlight, as she topped the semi-finals after posting a world lead of 21.78s in heat 3, and in third place was McKenzie Long with a time of 22.01s.

Grant Holloway also dominated the 110m hurdles finals, besting Freddie Crittenden and Daniel Roberts. He clocked a world lead of 12.86s and booked his berth in the Paris Olympics.
