Day 3 of the 2024 U20 Pan American Championships witnessed the American squad displaying exceptional performances in all the wrestling weight categories. The squad dominated all the freestyle weight categories on Day 3 of the Championships.

Lilledahl pinned Ethan Rivera to secure the title in the 57 kg freestyle event. Ire Jackson and Caio Aron defeated Ricardo Valencia and Rafael Diaz, respectively to secure bronze medals in the same weight category on Day 3 of the 2024 U20 Pan American Championships.

The men's 61kg freestyle wrestling category at the U20 Pan American Championships 2024 was dominated by USA's William Dekraker by defeating Benjamin Zuckerman. Jacob Brunner and Blayne Helou secured bronze medals in the category.

Bishop McCort Catholic's seventh grader Bo Bassett led the 65 kg freestyle weight category at the 2024 U20 Pan American Championships by overpowering Mexico's Diego Aguilar.
