Ilona Maher's sister Olivia recently shared a few glimpses of their behind-the-scene time from the shoot time for the American magazine Cherry Bombe. The edition of the magazine, titled, "Love Issue" is scheduled to be released next month.

Maher, along with her sisters, Olivia and Adrianna, has had the opportunity to be featured on the front page of the magazine. The American union rugby player is highly active on social media, where she frequently shows her witty nature and also shares posts about body confidence for women. Similar to Maher, Cherry Bombe also works for women especially those working in the food and beverage circuit.

Olivia, took to her Instagram handle to share the BTS video from their shoot time for the Cherry Bombe magazine. She and her two sisters can be seen wearing a white shirt and dancing cheerfully in the video. She remarked in the caption:

"Cheeky BTS shooting our cover with @cherrybombe"

Ilona Maher, currently signed with the Bristol Bears, is exploring the rugby 15's in the Premiership Women's rugby league in England. She made her debut earlier this month against Gloucester-Hartpury and also scored a try during her club's match against Exeter Chiefs.

Ilona Maher recently opened up about her decision to transition from rugby 7's to the rugby 15's. She joined the PWR side, Bristol Bears to habituate playing in the format.

In an interview, Maher shared that she wanted to make a change in her career after playing rugby 7's for six years. Additionally, she also mentioned her aspiration of joining the US Women's team for the 2025 Rugby World Cup and said that she wants to be the best played in that team. She said (via People):

"I think it's just good to get back into 15s because I've been playing Sevens for six years, so I wanted to go somewhere where I can really immerse myself and really see the game in that way and feel it out. Because if I want to pursue this World Cup thing, I want to be the best player that Team USA needs or that they deserve."

During the interview, Ilona Maher also shared her current situation after breaking her nose during a Bristol Bears home match and said that she is doing fine and will be back in a few days.
