Stephen Nedoroscik talks about receiving the offer for DWTS during the Paris Olympics
On October 6, Stephen Nedoroscik appeared in a podcast with Joe Vulpis, where he spoke about receiving the offer from DWTS while still at the Paris Olympics. He said that he was overwhelmed with the offer and immediately thought about looking for agents to handle deals like these.
"Yeah, so I got the call like while I was still at the Olympics actually, like before I was even done. Like I still had an event final [probably pommel horse finals], um, and I was juggling around, cuz I didn't have an agency, I didn't have anyone representing me, so like, I was like, you know I had like this four day span from the Team final to like my individual final, where it wasn't just me focusing on gymnastics," Stephen Nedoroscik said (3:55 onwards).
Exuding excitement about the offer, he added:
"I had to focus on you know, like 'Oh my gosh!' Like I need to get an agent you know, I'm getting calls about these deals and stuff, and I was like it was like so much, it was like overwhelming um, but like we got it all figured out, and I was like heck yeah, we're doing this Dancing with the Stars."
Following his campaign at the Paris Olympics, Stephen Nedoroscik has taken his medal tally to a total of four medals (Gold medal at 2021 World Championships and 2023 Pan American Games).
