Stephen Nedoroscik gave a glimpse of his upcoming performance at the 33rd season of the dance reality show 'Dancing with the Stars'. The 25-year-old gymnast teased the audience with a hilarious high school cosplay alongside his dancing partner Rylee Arnold, as they prepared for the upcoming Disney night at the dance show.
Arnold uploaded the video on her Instagram account, where she wrote,
"This was for the people who wanted to see us as Sharpay and Ryan for Disney night 😂✨🫶🏼🤭"
Rylee Arnold and Stephen Nedoroscik are preparing for the sixth round in the fifth week of Dancing with the Stars, which will be dedicated to Disney musicals. The couple shall be performing on the song 'A Star is Born' from the animated movie 'Hercules', as confirmed by Nedoroscik on his recent Instagram story.
Previously, the couple performed an Argentine tango on the song 'Seven Nations Army' at 'Dancing with the Stars' in the fourth week of the 33rd season. Nedoroscik opened the act with an impressive pommel horse routine, which surprised many.
This act also impressed the jury, who rewarded the couple 33/40. With this, the Olympic double medalist proceeded to the next round with ease.
Stephen Nedoroscik on partnering with Rylee Arnold for Dancing with the Stars
Stephen Nedoroscik has impressed everyone with his dance moves in the 33rd season of 'Dancing with the Stars'. However, the 25-year-old gymnast believes that it is his dancing partner, the 19-year-old Rylee Arnold, who deserves most of the credit.
In a podcast with Joe Vulpis, Nedoroscik thanked Arnold for helping him overcome his initial hesitation with dancing.
"I'm so lucky cause I got Rylee paired at me, and we have like very similar energy, so like immediately I was a little embarassed, cause I won't pick up on the steps very fast, but like she saw how motivated I was, and like I was like if I'm doing this, I'm going all out. So like that's what I've been doing and I've been getting compliments from all around, and that alone just chips away those insecurities," mentioned the American gymnast.
Nedoroscik also talked about his equation with Arnold outside the studio. In the same podcast, he further added,
"Me and Rylee, we're not just like coach and student, we are friends. Rylee has come over to my place and me, Tess (my girlfriend), and Rylee will just play FaceTime with one another, or code games. I did teach Tess how to cube years ago, but she's since forgotten. I taught Rylee one algorithm and she's very proud of herself for being able to do it. She can't do the whole thing, she can do own algorithms.”
Stephen Nedoroscik has become a fan favorite at the 'Dancing with the Stars' with one outstanding performance after the other. Interestingly, the 25-year-old double Olympic medalist was offered to join this show midway through the Paris Olympics. Despite his initial hesitation, Nedoroscik decided to join the show anyway and is now one of the strong hopefuls for the coveted trophy.
