Christian Miller recently shared his plans for the upcoming 2025 track and field season, just weeks after signing a professional contract with PUMA. Notably, he opted to forgo his NCAA eligibility to compete for the University of Georgia after signing his professional contract. He was set to begin his journey at the university this fall following his senior year at Creekside High School in Florida.

Miller had a sensational 2024 season where he established a new World U18 record at the Pure Athletics Invitational, recording a time of 9.93s in April. In June, he competed at the US Olympic Track and Field Trials to secure a spot on the national team for the Paris Olympics. In the 100m final, he delivered an impressive performance with a 9.98s run but narrowly missed out on making the team as he finished fifth.

Having turned professional in October with one of the world’s largest sports apparel manufacturers, Christian Miller recently shared his plans for the upcoming 2025 track and field season. The 18-year-old hosted a Q&A session on his Instagram story where he was questioned whether he planned to run during the indoor season in the 60m indoors.

Miller responded:

After finishing fifth in the 100m at the US Olympic Trials, Christian Miller expressed his gratitude for the opportunity, saying:

“I'm incredibly grateful to be able to be out here and had that opportunity to be able to possibly be on the relay team and run against these world's best people and it's just nothing but God bringing see where he's going to guide me next.” (0:12 onwards)

He added:

“I kind of just talk to coach about just trust in God's plan because after the prelims, it definitely seemed like I was counted out. But I just went back and trusted that God brought me here for a reason he got me to the semis for a reason and he had a great plan for me. It was just a matter of me just going out and trying to execute as best as I could.”
