The song has been produced in a joint venture between the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the Coca-Cola Company. One Republic vocalist and frontman Ryan Tedder, Gwen Stefani, the lead vocalist and primary songwriter of the American rock band No Doubt, and US rapper Anderson .Paak came together to bring the song to life. The song was released on Thursday, July 25, and is available on all major streaming platforms.
The Olympics released the track on their YouTube channel, and it has amassed more than 50,000 views and 2000 likes within just six hours of its release. The artists behind the composition were ecstatic for the opportunity and expressed their gratitude for the collaboration.
"It’s not every day that you’re given the opportunity to write a song in celebration of the Olympic Games, and I am grateful to be part of such an incredible collaboration. The Games are an important way for all of us to come together and celebrate each other globally, and we wrote this song with that in mind," Ryan Tedder stated (via Variety).
