After showing dominance at the 2023 World Championships, Noah Lyles will compete at the 2024 U.S. Olympic Trials in Eugene to grab a berth for the Paris Olympics. After securing a bronze medal in the 200m at the Tokyo Olympics, Lyles has now set his sights on clinching four gold medals in the 100m, 200m, 4x100m and 4x400m in Paris.

After missing out on an opportunity to compete at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics due to a drug ban, Sha'Carri Richardson will now vie to earn an Olympic spot to make her debut at the world's greatest sporting event. Richardson displayed exceptional athletics proficiency at the 2023 WAC, securing a gold in 100m and 4x100m, and a bronze medal in the 200m.

Sydney McLaughlin-Leverone, who withdrew from competing at the 2023 WAC to prime herself for the Paris Games, will compete in the Trials in the 400m hurdles, pursuing her second Olympic gold medal of the event. Competing in her Olympic season's first 400m hurdles event at the Edwin Moses Meet, she showed her formidable prospect by registering a world lead of 52.70 seconds.
