Simone Biles penned a heartfelt note for her husband, NFL player, Jonathan Owens on his birthday. The American gymnast, who is currently in Paris and gearing up for the Olympics, was not able to celebrate her husband's birthday in person.
Simone Biles marched on to her third consecutive Olympics in Paris after a dominating display at the U.S. Olympic Gymnastics Trials. After withdrawing from the Tokyo Olympics citing mental health concerns, Biles will be focusing on excelling at the quadrennial Games in a bid to extend her medal tally as the most decorated gymnast.
Biles claimed after withdrawing from the Tokyo Olympics that it was only through the support of her husband and family that she was able to recover from the setback. The American gymnast had already arrived in the Olympic Village in Paris to resume her preparations for the coveted Games, thus she missed out on celebrating her husband's special day with him.
