Noah Lyles opened up about how Junelle Bromfield doesn't like his on-track personality
Noah Lyles recently opened up about the dislikes of his girlfriend, Junelle Bromfield, in a conversation with People magazine. He said that he "falls in love" with her every time because she dislikes his personality on the track.
"Something that she says that truly makes me fall in love with her every time is, 'I don't really look at his personality on the track.' That's not the guy she says she likes," Noah Lyles said.
He added that he liked the fact that she doesn't like his on-track personality as he wasn't planning on being a sprinter for life.
"Every time she says that, I think I fall more in love with her because eventually I'm not going to be a track and field runner," Lyles said. "And if she got caught up in that personality, I think I would be a little sad because it is just for the track."
"That's the energy that I give there but that's not the energy that I give when I'm home, when we're on dates, when we’re inspiring others," he said.
Noah Lyles and Junelle Bromfield have been each other's biggest cheerleaders and have supported each other in various situations. Be it cheering on the track or standing up for each other against cyberbullying, they never fail to publicly support each other.
