"You’ve been unbelievable this year" - Stephen Nedoroscik pens heartfelt birthday note for longtime girlfriend Tess McCracken

Stephen Nedoroscik shared a heartwarming birthday message for his longtime girlfriend Tess McCracken. The couple have been dating since their collegiate careers at Penn State and walked out the red carpet together at the 2024 Emmy Awards.

Nedoroscik took to his Instagram handle to express gratitude for McCracken's unwavering support for him through the year and called the former gymnast the world's loudest cheerleader. The Olympic medalist recounted the best moments of the year with his girlfriend and wrote:

"Happy golden birthday to the most amazing, beautiful, and caring girl I know ❤️. You’ve been unbelievable this year, from dealing with my competition stress to being the world loudest cheerleader, I couldn’t have done any of it without you,"

"We saw Paris, spun the Wheel of Mythicality, and spent a surprising amount of time in the ballroom. Maybe this will be the year we stop getting carded at bars, but probably not. Happy birthday Tess, I love you ❤️ #27."

Nedoroscik and McCracken met before the start of their freshman year at Penn State in 2016. They were on the program's respective men's and women's gymnastics teams and struck a friendship after Nedoroscik found McCracken to be "a little weird" like him.

“I was like, ‘This girl seems cool.’ She’s a little weird like me, so we kinda clicked. Immediately there was a friendship, and we just continued talking. Within a week, we were basically dating,” he told Access Hollywood in July 2024

McCracken has been by the Olympian's side through thick and thin. The 27-year-old accompanied Nedoroscik at the Paris Olympics, where he eventually won two medals. She lived with Nedoroscik in Los Angeles while he was on the Dancing With The Stars sets and finished fourth alongside pro dancer Rylee Arnold.

Stephen Nedoroscik's dance partner Rylee Arnold started dating USC Trojans quarterback Walker Lyons during her stint on Dancing With The Stars and received a piece of crucial advice from the Olympian, who has been dating his girlfriend Tess McCracekn for nearly nine years now.

Nedoroscik advised the dancer to be honest and upfront instead of keeping things to herself.

“Just be honest. I think that if you hold anything inside and you don’t vocalize it, it’s a bad thing for relationships. So just be upfront and just be vulnerable," Stephen Nedoroscik told Arnold (via E-News)

Arnold and Lyons later made their red carpet debut at the Los Angeles Premiere of Wicked and were also joined by Nedoroscik and McCracken on the double date.
