He has also claimed 15 gold medals at the X Games since 2011.

For dinner, he opts for a balanced combination of carbohydrates and lean protein, such as pasta, sushi, or salmon. Huston’s diet emphasizes a veggie-heavy approach and includes protein sources like chicken, turkey, and fish, reflecting his shift from a 16-year vegan lifestyle to a more varied diet. To supplement his nutrition, he uses high-quality vitamins and occasionally drinks Monster Energy Zero Ultra for an energy boost.

Nyjah Huston's workout routine is intense and well-rounded. Huston trains five days a week, focusing on various aspects of fitness to complement his skateboarding. His regimen includes strength training, HIIT exercises, and flexibility work. Though he only began seriously working out a few years ago, Huston has embraced the importance of gym training in his sport.

Nyjah Huston has won a total of 31 medals across the Olympic Games, World Championships, and Summer X Games. At the Olympic Games, he secured a bronze medal in Street at the 2024 Paris Games. His success extends to the World Championships where he has claimed a remarkable seven gold medals in Street across various years, including 2010, 2012, 2014, 2017, 2018, and 2019, with notable achievements in Newark, Los Angeles, Rio de Janeiro, and São Paulo.

Huston also earned five silver medals in the World Championships from 2011 to 2020. In the Summer X Games Huston's dominance is evident with numerous gold medals in Street and Real Street events, spanning from 2011 to 2019, including victories in Los Angeles, Barcelona, Foz do Iguaçu, Austin, Oslo, Minneapolis, Sydney, and Shanghai. He also has several silver and bronze medals from the X Games.
