The 21-year-old American weightlifter, Olivia Reeves, most recently won a gold medal at the 2024 IWF World Cup in Phuket, which is a mandatory event for the 2024 Paris Olympics qualifying, solidifying her entry there. She was born on April 19, 2003.

Olivia Reeves’ Coach
Olivia Reeves' coach is Steve Fauer as of May 2024. Having been the gym's owner for 27 years, Fauer has experience as a strength coach, having held positions with the 1996 squad USA Olympic women's crew team, Lee University, the University of Nebraska, McCallie School, and Vanderbilt University.
Although organizations at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga (UTC) have to be student-run, he has always been interested in launching a club for college students. He welcomed all members of the UTC Weightlifting Club into his gym when Callaway and McKinney (founders of the club) presented him with the proposal.
Fauer urged young learners not to be afraid because even the strongest individuals may not know how to lift. All you really need, he replied, is a decent pair of shoes. According to Fauer, Reeves has an advantage over other lifters because of her capacity to manage the psychological strain of competing internationally.
