Samuel Watson is an American rock climber who represented the United States at the IFSC Climbing World Cups. He has qualified for the 2024 Paris Olympics in the speed climbing event.

Watson entered into the senior International competitive climbing scene in 2022 with a victory at the IFSC Climbing World Cup in Edinburgh, Scotland. At just 16 years old, he became the youngest climber ever to win a gold medal in the speed climbing category. Later that year, Watson won a silver medal of the 2022 Youth Category of the IFSC Climbing World Youth Championship and bronze medal at IFSC World Championships in Dallas, Texas and won first in the US National Speed Climbing Championship.

In 2023, Watson broke United States and Pan American speed climbing records in the IFSC Climbing World Cup in Seoul, Korea. Watson qualified for the 2024 Paris Olympics by winning the gold medal in speed climbing at Pan American Games in Santiago 2023. He climbed the 15 meter wall in 5.37 seconds and also in the qualification round, he set the Pan American record of 5.02 seconds.
