Simone Biles enjoys champagne in bed with husband Jonathan Owens ahead of her return to the ‘Gold Over America' tour

Simone Biles is about to embark on her final week of the Gold Over America Tour, but she's making the most of her last day away from her busy schedule. The American shared a video of her and her husband, Jonathan Owens, enjoying champagne in bed, much to the delight of fans.

Biles and Owens have always made sure to share regular insights into their relationship with fans. They got together in 2020 during the COVID-19 lockdown, and have been inseparable ever since. The couple got engaged in February 2022 and married a year later.

The gymnast often posts photos of the duo's time together, whether it's them supporting each other at competitions, or using their time away from their respective sports to explore new cities and relax with friends. Biles and Owens are often spotted in the stands when the other is competing, with the latter even taking some time off from his Chicago Bears camp earlier this year to watch his wife compete at the Paris Olympics.

Most recently, Simone Biles enjoyed a glass of champagne in bed with Jonathan Owens, as she readies to return to her ‘Gold Over America' tour. The 27-year-old shared a boomerang of the same on her Instagram stories and captioned it with four white hearts.

Simone Biles shares glimpses of week off with Jonathan Owens

For Simone Biles, 2024 has been an incredibly busy year. She began competing in May with the U.S Core Hydration Classic, winning the all-around gold in Hartford with ease. She then went on to dominate at the national championships and U.S Olympic Trials to end her domestic season undefeated.

From there, Biles went on to compete at the Paris Olympics, helping Team USA to a gold, while winning the all-around as well as vault titles individually, while settling for silver on the floor.

Since the end of her competitive season, the gymnast has embarked on the second iteration of her ‘Gold Over America' tour. Amid all this business, Biles recently had some time off as the GOAT Tour went on a week's break. She spent this time with Jonathan Owens and shared a carousel of photos, of their time together, on Instagram, writing,

“Bye week - bae comes on tour.”

Simone Biles is now headed back to the Gold Over America Tour for their remaining five shows.
