Simone Biles is all set to light up the Paris Olympics 2024 in what will be her third Olympic appearance. The 27-year-old earned four gold medals at the 2016 Rio Games, which was followed by a gold-less campaign in 2020. However, Biles will be eying redemption in Paris.

The seven-time medalist can be first spotted in action on July 25 during the women's podium training. The USA is placed in subdivision 2 and will start with the balance beam exercise at 5:40 a.m. Following the opening ceremony on 26th July, the women's qualification rounds will start on July 28.

The USA women's gymnastics team is placed in subdivision 2 for the official competition of the Paris Olympics as well, and will start their qualification on the balance beam. Simone Biles will lead the charge on all four apparatus, starting with the balance beam. Below is the complete schedule of the seven-time Olympic medalist:

  • Women's qualification: 5:40 a.m. to 7:20 a.m., July 28
  • Women's team final: 12:15 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., July 30
  • Women's all-around final: 12:15 p.m. to 2:25 p.m., August 01
  • Women's vault final: 10:20 a.m., August 03
  • Women’s uneven bars final: 9:40 a.m., August 04
  • Women's balance beam finals: 6:36 a.m., August 05

All times are in EST.

How to watch Simone Biles in action at Paris Olympics 2024?

Simone Biles’ podium training sessions will be streamed live on Peacock from 5:40 a.m., July 25. The official events will be streamed on both Peacock and NBC.

Who are Simone Biles' toughest opponents at Paris Olympics 2024?

For the all-around gold medal, Biles will face competition from Brazil's Rebeca Andrade and one of the other USA gymnasts who qualify for the all-around finals. It's likely going to be Suni Lee.

On the floor exercise, the four-time Olympic champion is dominant but Jade Carey is the reigning champion in the event and could put up a fight for gold. In the vault competition, Lee and Andrade will again be her two biggest competitors.

Biles is also likely going to qualify for the balance beam finals, and fighting with her for gold will likely be Suni Lee, Rebecca Andrade, and Aleah Finnegan. Uneven bars are the weakest of the four events for the 27-year-old, and if she does manage to qualify for the finals, she will have to be at her absolute best to stand a chance for a medal in the event.
