Thomas John Jaeschke is a professional outside-hitter volleyball player and has been on the US Men's National Team since 2015. The two-time Olympian was born on September 4, 1993, and attended Wheaton Warrenville South High School and Loyola University Chicago. After winning the 2014 NCAA Men's DI-II National Championships, Thomas doubled it the following year, winning the championship and the AVCA Player of the Year award in 2015. In the same year, he joined Asseco Resovia, who had just won the Plusliga title. Thomas made his Olympic debut in 2016 after making the 12-man roster, led by Reid Priddy and David Lee, who were Olympic gold medalists. Team USA finished in 3rd place, winning the bronze medal.

Thomas Jaeschke finished 4th in the Polish league with Asseco Resovia and parted ways with the club. He then moved to Italy to play three seasons with NBV Verona. However, his 2018 season ended early due to an ACL injury during a match against Serbia, which also prevented him from participating in the World Championship. He competed with Team USA at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, finishing 10th.

In 2021, he signed for Allianz Milano to remain in Italy for a year before moving to China to play for Beijing BAIC Motor for a year. He played at Halkbank Ankara for a year before moving to play in Japan for Osaka Bluteon in 2023. He won the Best Outside Hitter award that same year with 60 points. Throughout his career, he has played in 56 tournaments with seven clubs. He has also won 19 awards and honors.
