American alpine ski racer Lindsey Vonn was spotted enjoying a burger in her recent post. This comes just a week before her scheduled FIS World Cup return in St Moritz, Switzerland in an event which will be held between Dec 21-22.
Before this World Cup return, the 40-year-old also recently participated at the Beaver Creek in Colorado during the STIFEL Birds of Prey event. Even though she was not an official competitor, she registered an impressive run time in the downhill event (1:34.1) as the forerunner.
Besides the race, the burgers of Beaver Creek also seemingly tempted the 2010 Olympic gold medalist to go to the village. Vonn took to her Instagram handle to share a video of her savoring the "Beaver Creek burger". In the post, Vonn can be seen wearing a US ski team uniform and her sponsored Red Bull helmet.
"Successful weekend deserves a burger" Vonn was heard saying in the video
She wrote in her caption:
"Had to get a famous Beaver Creek Burger before heading off to Europe after a successful weekend! 💪🏻 #americanburger Here I come Switzerland!!"

The World Cup event in St Moritz will consist of two Super-G events which will be available for the fans to watch on Peacock Ski and Snowboard live.
