Mason Parris is a professional American folkstyle and freestyle wrestler. He specializes in the 125kg weight category. The World Championships bronze medalist in 2023 is also a Junior World Championships gold medalist in 2019. He became champion of the World Team Trials Challenge Tournament in the same year. Parris is a gold medalist in the Pan American Championships in 2024 and Pan American Games in 2023.

He is a two-time Grand Prix gold medalist and a one-time Grand Prix bronze medalist. He came second in the Final X in 2023, a second place in the World Team Trials in 2021, and became champion in the Junior World Team Trials of UWW in 2019. Apart from winning 12 medals (7 gold, 3 silver, and 2 bronze) in different major competitions, Parris also has the Dan Hodge Trophy to his name. Parris is associated with the club Titan Mercury WC and trains at the regional Cliff Keen WC centre.

Mason Parris grew up in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, United States which is his birthplace as well. He was first a student at Lawrenceburg High School and was associated with track and field, wrestling, and football. The three-time Indiana state wrestling titleholder secured the titles in 2016, 2017, and 2018. Following his 11 career pins, Parris secured the Junior Schalles Award and created an Indiana state record. The three-time First Team All-State in football is also a three-time Defensive Player of the Year in the Tri-State Football Indiana. He was later a student at the University of Michigan and represented the Michigan Wolverines at the collegiate level when he became a champion in the Big Ten Conference.
