The much-awaited season 8 of Selling Sunset finally made its way to Netflix on Friday, September 6. The streaming site released all 11 of its episodes together for a perfect binge session, and fans are already taking to X to react to notable moments from the show.

Episode 4 of Selling Sunset saw Nicole and Chrishell finally confront each other about their differences from the past season. Chrishell called Nicole a "homophobe" because the latter replied "Thanks" to an Instagram comment that attacked Chrishell's s*xuality.

But come episode 4 in season 8, when the two began arguing before everyone at their Oppenheim Group office, Jason and Brett barged in and asked Nicole to apologize. They also asked the others to allow an apology to come. A weeping Nicole then asked for a minute to collect herself in a secluded corner, then came back and apologized; Chrishell responded with a hug.

Fans of Selling Sunset are taking to X to react to Nicole being prodded into apologizing for the hurt she caused. Most of them criticize her for the comment, while others criticize how she had to be pushed to apologize.

"Why are these people coaching Nicole on giving an apology Isn't this a 50yo woman?" a fan wrote.
"Everyone begging Nicole to stop and she keeps going Now when they make her apologize she’ll be crying and faking a panic attack Get this rotten cretin off of my screen," wrote another.
"White women can CRY...simple apology and Nicole was acting like she was being sent to war!" commented a fan.
"Why is everyone coaching Nicole through a basic apology as if she’s in labour," said another.

Selling Sunset fans didn't think it was very reasonable of Nicole to not understand how to take accountability. They also thought that Jason shouldn't have needed to convince her to apologize if she honestly wasn't what Chrishell deemed her to be.

"I think Nicole is homophobic, I don’t believe her a*s for a second," read one comment.
"I can’t believe Nicole faked a panic attack to get out of apologizing to Chrishell wtf," read another.
"Nicole aren’t you too old to be tangled in this drama bullsh*t lol like you a grown *ss adult…go have a real conversation," read a third one.
"Nicole needs to be off this show next season. You're crying because you feel that these women are "bullying" you for calling out your liked homophobic fan Instagram comment. Yet, you start this rumor about Emma to bring on the show," said another comment.

Nicole and Chrishell's confrontation in episode 4 of Selling Sunset season 8

When Nicole walked into the Oppenheim Group's office in episode 4, her confrontation with Chrishell was almost inevitable. Nicole argued that she hated being labeled a "homophobe" and said it was a "disgusting" thing to label anyone that. Chrishell said that she would've forgiven Nicole had the latter gone to her and said she didn't mean what she commented on the post.

Chelsea also barged in and asked Nicole to apologize to Chrishell, even if she didn't mean it, because it was hurtful. But when Nicole refused to calm down and kept trying to prove her point, Jason barged in and asked her to apologize to Chrishell and put an end to the long-standing feud.

Taken aback, Nicole left the room, crying in a secluded office corner, and Jason followed. She said she felt cornered, but Jason explained to her that all she needed to do was apologize to Chrishell. She told him she was going to take a minute, so Jason left her and told the other ladies to be easier on her and allow the apology to come.

Nicole came back and apologized as everyone listened intently. Chrishell then hugged it out, solving the age-old problem on Selling Sunset.
