The new season of the popular reality show 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days is back again with new couples. It is set to premiere on Sunday, September 1, 2024, at 8 pm ET on TLC and Max. This season of 90 Day Fiancé will have eight Americans who will travel across the world to meet their long-distance partners who they’ve been dating exclusively online.
The participants will visit Nigeria, the Philippines, Ghana, Poland, Brazil, Jordan, South Africa, and Croatia to meet their partners face-to-face for the first time. Together they will go through unique challenges to overcome obstacles and sustain their connection.
The concept of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days shines a light on how people can form seemingly genuine attachments towards individuals they have never met in real. Since the couples are from around the world, viewers get to see how cultural differences change the equation between them.

The trailer for season 7 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days was released on August 5, stirring anticipation amongst the viewers. The trailer presents a series of clips that delve into the intricate dynamics between the new couples, shedding light on their struggles with celibacy, homelessness, cultural biases, and situations where an ex-lover is still involved.
Meet this season’s couples
1) Vanja, 41 (Florida, USA) & Božo, 38 (Croatia)
Vanja from Florida, US, is in love with Božo, a basketball player from Croatia. Both met on a dating app while Vanja was solo traveling in Europe. The couple didn’t get to meet when they matched on the dating app, but continued talking and developed a bond. Vanja, who is head over heels in love, expects a rock on her finger. Her family and friends feel she can get heartbroken by going to Croatia with high expectations as the couple is not on the same page about their relationship.
2) Brian, 52 (Illinois, USA) & Ingrid, 33 (Brazil)
The next couple for this season's 90 Day Fiancé are Brian, from the USA, and Ingrid from Brazil. They connected on a dating site almost two years ago when the Illinois native was in Brazil. Brian is quadriplegic but has traveled the world playing and training in wheelchair rugby. He pursued Ingrid because he felt that Brazilian women were more accepting of his disability. His only concern is whether Ingrid will be able to accept his dubious past.
3) Joe, 34 (Florida, USA) & Magda, 23 (Poland)
Joe from Florida in the USA and Magda from Poland are another couple who have fallen in love despite the distance. Magda, a 23-year-old volleyball player, has quit her job to prepare for her move to the USA, with the intent of starting a family with her long-distance boyfriend. However, Joe is hesitant as he hasn’t met her yet and is worried that she might be moving too fast.
4) Niles, 28 (Alabama, USA) & Matilda, 23 (Ghana)
Pen pals turned lovers Niles and Matilda met online two years ago. Their relationship soon blossomed into romance. Eventually, Niles proposed to Matilda over phone and she said yes. Now, she wants to get married as soon as her partner arrives in Ghana, but Niles wants to wait before they tie the knot. The 90 Day Fiancé will show if the couple comes on the same page about marriage.
5) Rayne, 38 (New Mexico, USA) & Chidi, 34 (Nigeria)
Rayne from USA and Chidi from Nigeria have been talking online for the past five years. The 38-year-old from New Mexico, who has always wanted intimacy and affection, is sure of her commitment to Chidi, even though he is blind.
Her family and friends worry that she doesn’t know the realities of being with a blind partner. When Rayne lands in Nigeria, she and her boyfriend will have to finally decide on making their relationship official. For Chidi, this commitment comes with his move to the USA.
6) Loren, 33 (Nevada, USA) & Faith, 31 (Philippines)
Loren from Nevada in the USA met Faith, who is transgender from the Philippines, on a dating site and they soon fell in love. As Loren prepares to go to the Philippines to see his partner in person, he hopes to eventually settle in the archipelagic country, where he will be more financially stable than in the USA. Faith on the other side has no idea about Loren's shaky financial situation and his wish to settle in her home country. She is extra nervous about their meeting as she has never had a boyfriend before.
7) Veah, 27 (Florida, USA) & Sunny 26 (South Africa)
Veah and Sunny, a couple wanting to commit to each other struggle with trust issues. Sunny is particularly miffed with his partner's ongoing friendship with her ex-boyfriend. To make matters tricky, Veah, who is an anxious traveler, arrives in South Africa with her ex as her travel buddy. It will be interesting to see if Veah's ex increases the distance between the couple or ends up strengthening their bond in 90 Day Fiancé.
8) Tigerlily, 41 (Texas, USA) & Adnan, 23 (Jordan)
Tigerlily, a mother of two and divorced, had lost faith in marriage until met Adnan, a young model from Jordan, on social media. Now the 41-year-old is committed to marrying her 22-year-old beau after she lands in Jordan. However, her loved ones think she is taking things too fast as the stress caused by cultural differences and the age gap between the two can be a deal breaker.
With a roster of unique couples set to navigate through serious problems, this new season of the 90 Days series promises viewers heaps of excitement and drama.
