On 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 7 episode 6, Loren called his friend Esther and talked to her on video call. He opened up about his feelings after Faith was informed about Gonorrhea and that he had not been monogamous.
When Loren first arrived to the Philippines, he wanted to convince Faith to be in an open relationship with him, however, Faith viewed that as cheating.
While chatting with Esther, Loren shared he wanted to attempt to save his relationship as he didn't want to lose Faith. Loren explained that he did tell Faith about sleeping with other people which didn't get translated right. He continued:
"It turns out when I told her I'm sleeping with people, she was under the impression that it only meant sleeping. I guess like, it didn't translate properly. So she needs space, she doesn't wanna see me right now."
Esther chimed in, advising the 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days cast member that Faith's reaction was understandable. She asked Loren if he was willing to become "exclusive" with her, to which Loren said yes.
He mentioned he was ready to make a lifestyle change to continue being with Faith and repair their relationship. He said:
"I gotta find a way to explain her that she is my other half."
Later in the episode, Matilda and Niles met at the airport after struggling with long distance. Matilda welcomed Niles to Ghana, but Niles wanted to "come clean" to her about the revelation about the wedding.
