90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days Season 7 will premiere on Sunday, September 1, 2024, at 8 p.m. ET on TLC and Max. The reality TV show is a spin-off of 90 Day Fiance, and the first episode of Season 1 was aired by TLC on August 6, 2017. In 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days Season 7, eight couples will join the show who have been gardening their love from a long distance.
