90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 6 premiered back in July 2024. This season, viewers were introduced to couples who were in a long-distance relationship and got to know each other online. In 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 6 episode 20, Josh and Lily got into an argument while planning for their wedding. As fans already know, Lily wanted to postpone the wedding as she was on a limited budget, however, Josh was insistent that the wedding shouldn't be postponed.
After resolving their issue in episode 19, Josh reassured Lily that the payment would be taken care of as he had some savings. In episode 20, Lily got worried when Josh's payment method wasn't working. Her friends, family, and clients were already on the way to attend the wedding ceremony, which was why 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way cast member was stressed about the entire situation.
Josh suggested they should cancel the wedding for now and inform the attendees about the sudden change of plan. Later in the episode, he told the cameras that the situation was out of their control, as he said:
"I understand why Lily is upset her friends and family, her clients are on the way. What are these people going to think if there is no wedding? But it's not worth stressing out over something we can't control at this point."
Lily was disappointed and upset by Josh's suggestion. She decided to take a loan from the bank because canceling the event at the last moment wasn't an option for her.
