90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort season 2 episode 4 premiered on December 23, 2024, on TLC.
The episode, titled The Last Word delves into the fallout of Natalie's emotional outburst upon discovering Josh's invitation to Sophie for Las Vegas.
Furious, Natalie stormed out of the club after causing a scene, leaving Josh in a tense and awkward situation.
The following morning in the episode, Josh visited Natalie to understand her perspective. He told her that last night's situation "was blown out of proportion" and he believed that things could have been handled much differently.
However, Natalie wasn’t in the mood to explain herself and instead accused Josh of overstepping boundaries by privately inviting Sophie to Las Vegas and flirting with her.
Despite Josh's attempts to clarify that his approach to Sophie was purely friendly, Natalie was unwilling to listen.
"A friend who you invite randomly to Vegas? Josh, you're a wh*re...Low class, low key wh*re. You **** everything that walks. And I, I just, I, I cannot be next to you because I'm afraid to catch something, by even air," she told Josh.
Josh had enough of what his 90 Day Fiancé partner had to say and left after urging her to apologize to everyone.
"I'm a little afraid that I might catch crazy if we keep going this. So listen, I gotta go. Good luck with everybody. I hope that you apologize to everybody because they deserve it," he said.
"Honestly, I don't give a f*ck" - 90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort star Natalie
In 90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort season 2 episode 4, after having a conversation with Josh, Natalie sat down with psychotherapist James Kelleher to unwind and reflect on her mistakes.
During the meeting, Natalie opened up about her inner feelings and shared that she felt like she didn't deserve to be loved. She added that she has to fight for love and prove that she deserves to be loved.
James understood Natalie's issue and told the 90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort star that they would need to work on it. He wanted her to reach a belief where she could say to herself that she was indeed "good enough" and deserved to be loved.
Then in return, these healed wounds would reflect in her romantic relationships and friendships.
"I think the very first step, I would love for you to be able to share a little bit with Josh of what you've been through, what you've maybe shared in our session, the vulnerability piece. I think it's important that you trust Josh," he continued.
James later explained in his confessional that Natalie needed to do some significant work on her past childhood traumas and how that affected her behavior for her to have a healthy relationship with Josh.
He believed that there needed to be "more communication, a stronger connection" between the 90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort couple, and the hopes that that would facilitate more commitment.
"She wants to be loved, she wants to be cared for, she wants the support, and that is not unreasonable at all. She deserves all of those things," he added.
James later told Natalie that she should address the group to express her perspective, and possibly offer an apology with that.
Natalie acknowledged her mistake and said that she was willing to admit it and keep going. Later in her confessional, she said that she needed to work with her emotions.
However, she concluded that she didn't care about what her 90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort cast mates thought of her:
"In order for me to trust Josh, I need to work with my emotions, with not doubting the relationship and love myself more and understand that I can be loved. I know what I did last night was wrong. And I know everybody hates me right now. I was a monster yesterday and I should apologize. But honestly, I don't give a f*ck," she said.
