"Alliance broken" — The Circle star Savannah criticizes Kevin for not inviting her to the VIP party

The Circle released season 7 on Netflix on Wednesday, September 11, 2024. The social media game series offered its cast members a unique opportunity to win $100,000 by showcasing their catfishing skills. The players could play as complete imposters or be themselves, whichever benefitted their gameplay.

Locked in apartments for two weeks, the contestants were barred from meeting one another and could only communicate through the Circle Chat. They carefully crafted their profiles, which the other contestants would see to gather information about them. Kevin and Savannah, both playing as themselves, immediately liked each other after seeing their profile pictures.

Savannah expected Kevin to be her biggest ally, having developed a strong connection with him. However, she was disappointed when he invited Gianna and Darian to his VIP Party, with Madelyn and Garret, instead of her.

"Alliance broken. Screw you, Kevin. Scr*w you," she said.

Previously, Kevin and Savannah bonded over the latter's dog, Samson. Kevin volunteered to become Samson's dad in a private chat with Savannah. The Circle cast member excitedly accepted Kevin's proposal and confessed he was her "man." They even shared heart and "kissy-face emojis," turning their spark romantic.

However, it all ended, when Kevin betrayed Savannah by not inviting her to the party.

The Circle star Kevin became the disruptor in episode 2

In episode 2, three contestants, Kevin, Deb, and Darian, volunteered to activate the disruption mode. However, Kevin was declared the disruptor since he was the first to decide. Once the result was announced, he said:

"You know what? The Circle is all about taking risks."

The Circle cast member was soon informed that, as the disruptor, he was "automatically invited" to the VIP Party arranged for the two newcomers. However, he was asked to invite two more guests to the "newcomer fiesta."

He initially considered selecting Savannah, the mother of his "step dog," but hesitated once he realized it would "be a no-go" with her if he tried to form a connection with Madelyn. Since he was mesmerized by Gianna's appearance, he wanted to invite her. Meanwhile, Savannah confessed she wanted to meet the new players.

"I have to meet these new players. I need to go to this party," Savannah said.

When she discovered Kevin was the disruptor, she automatically expected him to invite her to the party. However, she was furious, when it was revealed that Darian and Gianna were picked as Kevin's guests. The players were surprised Kevin chose to turn his back on Savannah, whom he had a special connection with.

Kevin wanted to use the opportunity to form a connection with newcomer Madelyn. As a result, he immediately initiated a chat with her, asking her about her dance moves.

"Your boy is right here to welcome you, Madelyn," Kevin said.

Soon Nicky and Jojo, catfishing as Gianna, informed them that Gianna was blocked the previous night. Kevin added that Madelyn and Garret "missed a crazy first day" but the party was still on. After learning about the recent developments, the newcomers wondered if they wanted to befriend Gianna.

Meanwhile, Kevin announced he would support everyone at the party if they agreed to aid him.

"I'm so glad you all enjoyed my VIP party. You are all VIPs to me, and I've got your back and I know you all have got mine," Kevin's message read.

The guests seemed pleased with Kevin's proposal and looked forward to strengthening their connection with him. Nicky and Jojo admitted they got "the genuine vibes from Kevin," and could potentially use him as an ally in the game.
