Roni Sagi and her dancing partner dog, Rhythm, have won everyone's hearts on the latest America's Got Talent season 19. Since their audition, the dancing duo has impressed judges and viewers. Roni Sagi and Rhythm have currently reached the fifth live show, which aired on September 11, 2024, on NBC.

Roni Sagi, from Tel Aviv, Israel, describes herself as an artist and a "Dog dancer" on her Instagram profile. She also mentions Keta Tov, the dog dance club. With a passion for dancing and compassion for animals, Roni came to America's Got Talent with her 2.5-year-old dog, Rhythm.

During the show's audition, they performed Sia's California Dreamin', which impressed all the judges, especially Simon Cowell. Since then, the dancing duo gave even more remarkable performances on America's Got Talent.

America's Got Talent: Roni Sagi and Rhythm's audition performance

America's Got Talent season 19 auditions featured Roni Sagi and Rhythm performing on Sia's California Dreamin'. The judges and audience were in awe of the performance, and all three judges gave standing ovations while Rhythm was excitedly jumping around after the performance beside his human partner, Roni.

Judge Sofia Vergara shared that she thought the "whole thing" was like magic. Simon Cowell also commented:

"I'm gonna say, I really do mean this, and I love Adrian and Hurricane. This was a level-up. Genuinely, a level-up. I mean, when you said your dog can dance, he actually dances better than human dancers we have had on (the show). I'm not kidding. I've never seen anything like this."

Heidi loved the performance and called it "incredible." Judge Howie Mandel mentioned that Hurricane won last year and agreed with Simon. The performance received four "Yes" from all four judges.

Roni Sagi and Rhythm's Quarterfinal Performance: America's Got Talent

The dancing duo Roni and Rhythm performed Bohemian Rhapsody and Queen's Don't Stop Me Now during America's Got Talent quarterfinals. Another jaw-dropping performance from Roni Sagi and her dog Rhythm received one more standing ovation from all four judges.

Howie mentioned that he was upset because he didn't have any more Golden Buzzers left to give, and if he had any left, he would use it for this performance. On the other hand, Heidi shared that Rhythm was "the best" dance partner and agreed with Simon.

Sophia said it was one of the "most amazing" acts she had ever seen and that Rhythm was not "pretending" to dance but "really dancing." Simon also further commented:

"How do we know the dog is a real dog? Because that isn't possible what just happened. I swear, if your dog was a human, we would be reacting the same way because the dog, like I said before, dances as good, if not better, than a lot of the dances we've had."

Roni Sagi and Rhythm's semi-finals performance on America's Got Talent 2024

With so many fantastic performances reaching America's Got Talent 2024 semi-finals, Roni Sagi and Rhythm also advanced with their talent and eye-cathing dance routines. In the AGT semi-finals, Roni and her dog, Rhythm, performed Irene Cara's Flashdance…What A Feeling.

The audience cheered for both performers throughout the dance routine. Seeing Rhythm match beats with Roni and even placing his feet on Roni's feet, everyone was surprised to witness yet another mind-blowing dance from them.

Heidi said it was a "winning" performance. Sophia asked Roni to give her Rhythm because "that's all she wanted." She added that Roni and Rhythm were "perfect" and "so in tune." Simon then added:

"I was on my feet because when you sit here year after year, you always want to see something better than you've seen before, and honestly, this was better than anything. I really mean that. That was as if this was the Olympics; I would score this a 10, really."

Howie said that the performance was "better than the movie." He also said it was like "a sequel," and he loved it, giving it a standing ovation.

Fans can stream episodes of America's Got Talent season 19 on Peacock until the show's finale airs next week, September 17 to September 24, 2024.
