America's Got Talent (AGT) is one of the most popular talent shows on TV, with lots of amazing performances that draw in millions of viewers. Since its inception, AGT has been a place for aspiring artists to demonstrate their skills on a national level.

The quarterfinals' second round of America's Got Talent took place on August 20, 2024, and the results were announced the next day, August 21. Out of the 11 acts that went on stage, only a few were able to make it to the semifinals.

Ashlee Montague, Bboy Samuka, Biko's Biko, Brooke Bailey, Legión, NiNi, and Schumacher were among those who were eliminated from the show, ending their AGT journeys.

The much-loved judges Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara, and Simon Cowell have all been back for another season. The host, Terry Crews, has kept the pace high.

While some acts really took off, others sadly didn't get enough votes to stay in the competition. In the second round of the quarterfinals, seven acts were sent home, ending their time on AGT. One of the acts that was sent home was Ashlee Montague, who is known for giving graceful performances. Also, Bboy Samuka, who was great at breakdancing, did not make the cut.

Biko's Biko, an act that brought a unique blend of music and comedy to the stage, was the next one to get eliminated. Brooke Bailey's strong vocals had been a highlight in earlier rounds, but she didn't get enough votes to move on.

Legión, a dance group known for their dynamic and precise routines, also didn't do well. The last two artists to be sent home were NiNi, a singer who had previously stunned the judges, and Schumacher, whose act mixed music and technology, which rounded out the list of eliminations in America's Got Talent.

The second round of the quarterfinals was an emotional roller coaster as the last 11 acts did everything they could to win America's vote. Each act tried to be better than the last, and they all delivered amazing performances.

The night was a show of the incredible skills that America's Got Talent is known for, with mesmerizing magic tricks and stunning aerial acts.

Both the judges and the crowd chose three acts as winners at the end of the night. Everyone was amazed by Korean magician Young Min's amazing disappearing act. It even impressed the judges and earned him a spot in the semifinals.

With his original song 'Pretty Baby,' Canadian singer Alex Sampson won over hearts, earning praise for his star quality and enough votes to move on.

Sky Elements, with their stunning drone light show set to Katy Perry's 'Firework,' impressed the crowd and became the third act to move on to the next round of the competition. AIRFOOTWORKS, an acrobatic dance group, also made it to the semifinals after Howie Mandel and Simon Cowell got into a heated argument over the Live Golden Buzzer.

As the semifinals get closer, every performance is more important than ever for those still in the running for the $1 million grand prize.

Fans won't want to miss a second of America's Got Talent's exciting 19th season, which continues with the next round of quarterfinals on Tuesday, August 27.
