In the August 27 episode, America’s Got Talent reached the pivotal Quarterfinals 3 stage. Judges Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel, Sofia Vergara, and Simon Cowell evaluated the performances, with each judge holding the power to advance acts directly to the Finals through the Golden Buzzer.
During this episode, Heidi Klum used her Golden Buzzer and selected Dee Dee Simon, a 45-year-old singer from Oakland, California. Simon, who juggles her singing passion with her career as a registered nurse at a state prison, delivered a moving performance that resonated deeply with Klum.

Dee Dee Simon demonstrated her vocal range and emotional expression during her rendition of Lose Control. Due to Klum's Golden Buzzer, Simon gets to go straight to the America’s Got Talent season 19 Finals. She will compete against other finalists, including Howie Mandel's AIRFOOTWORKS and Sofia Vergara's Hakuna Matata Acrobats, as well as other unnamed contestants.

In the America's Got Talent Quarterfinals 3 episode, the acts competing for advancement included boyband Menudo, singer Reid Wilson, dance group Sabrina, magician Sam Huang, band The Reklaws, singer and keyboardist Journeyy, aerialist Kelsey Jane, comedian Learnmore Jonasi, and electric guitarist Maya Neelakantan. The three artists moving on to the Semi-Finals will be revealed on the August 28 results show.
