Conor confessed Olivia was different from the other women he interacted with in the pods. She was a "slow burner" who would not "give everything up at once." Their bond deepened after each date. Both were highly ambitious individuals who appreciated the other's perspective in life.

"She was incredibly ambitious, and we spoke about building a successful and productive future together," Conor stated.

Meanwhile, Olivia was struck by how career-oriented Conor was. She felt comfortable sharing her vulnerabilities with him and was pleasantly surprised when he brought her oat milk hot chocolate after she mentioned she felt homesick.

Despite their solid connection, Olivia admitted they did not have the "smoothest journey in the pods." Conor was a "popular guy" who had caught the attention of many female cast members. The Love is Blind: UK star pursued Olivia and Ella simultaneously until the night before the proposal day.

He wanted to "give each connection enough time" to see if they had potential but later regretted waiting until the last moment to confess his feelings to Olivia.

"I absolutely regret leaving it until the last day to propose to Olivia. She had a lot of unnecessary stress put on her," Conor noted.

Although Conor broke up with his other connection, Olivia had nothing but his word to depend on. She claimed she was "a little bit of a hot mess" as she anxiously waited for him to propose to her. However, the cast member was not disappointed as Conor went down on one knee and popped the big question. They soon got engaged.

Conor revealed it was "a relief" to "physically be with each other." They spent their holiday in Greece despite not being selected for the romantic retreat that the cameras would follow. Together they talked about their future, "what it could look like," what they wanted to do next, and their living situation.

Olivia lived in London and Conor in Ireland, but they believed they could align their schedules and live happily together. After returning from their holiday, the Love is Blind: UK stars struggled to tackle the challenges of a long-distance relationship.

"Connecting in the pods is a very specific situation and removes a lot of the circumstances of real life from the equation," Conor explained.

Ultimately, they decided it was "better to remain as friends." Olivia blamed their busy work schedules and the lack of in-person time. Although they parted ways, Conor confessed they ended on "amicable terms" and were still in contact with each other.
