They faced numerous challenges inside the villa as their relationship was tested during the Casa Amor week with the arrival of newcomer, Daniela. Despite this, Aaron and Kaylor continued to stay together.

From the moment Aaron Evans entered the villa, he showed interest in Kaylor Martin, which led to their initial coupling and they became a pair in the beginning of the season itself. The challenges during Casa Week in episode 25, made it tough for them to sustain their relationship.

His connection with another contestant, Daniela, tested his feelings for Kaylor. He talked about Daniela during a confessional in July 2 episode of Love Island USA:

"I love her because of the person that she is. She is like, really really cool, But like, I don't know how I'm gonna move forward."

Kaylor, who was interested in Aaron among every other islander, went through a lot of lows and highs during the show. In the Casa week, she decided to sleep outside instead of choosing a bed with someone else. Her loyalty was tested due to Aaron's budding bond with Daniela.

Previously in July 1 episode, Kaylor participated in the 'spin the bottle' game and was given the dare to kiss a newcomer. She kissed Jalen but didn't like it. She said in a confessional:

"I shouldn't have like, done that. Like, I don't know, I don't think Aaron's doing the same thing. It didn't feel right. Like, it doesn't. None of it feels right and I just miss Aaron a lot."

This led to an argument between the couple. However, they reconciled after expressing their feelings for each other.

Moreover, during the 'movie night' episode that happened in the fifth week, the video of Daniela and Aaron's intimate moments was played. This revelation about Aaron upset Kaylor. However, he admitted his mistake and confessed his love for Kaylor in episode 26 that aired on July 9.

"I f**king love you to bits, and I've literally loved you for, like, the last week, right? I want to work for this. I don't wanna throw this away," Aaron said.

Despite all the hardships, he ultimately stayed true to his feelings for Kaylor and returned to the main villa to be with her.
