Too Hot To Handle season 6 concluded on August 2, 2024, with episodes 8-10. In the finale, Lana revealed the final couples: Katherine and Charlie, and Bri and Demari. The cast voted for the winning couple, with Bri and Demari receiving seven votes and winning $100,000. Katherine and Charlie, who became a couple in episode 6, did not win the prize but are still together, as reported by People Magazine.
In an interview with the publication, the couple opened up about their relationship and said that on February 15, 2024, Charlie asked the Too Hot To Handle season 6 cast member to be his girlfriend. The two met each others' families and are currently in a long-distance relationship.

Katherine and Charlie got together in Too Hot To Handle season 6 after breaking up with their former partners, Louis and Lucy respectively, and remained together after the show ended. Although they may have not won the grand prize, they found each other and in a conversation with People Magazine, described themselves as "Yin and Yang."
Recalling his time on the show, Charlie Jeer said:
When I walked in, I wasn't even looking for a relationship. I actually wasn't open to one whatsoever. And so, it's like you get Yin and Yang and put them together and you have this beautiful relationship that we've created."
He added that if one was to look at what the show was about, he and Katherine won because of the way he felt about her. The female Too Hot To Handle star also chimed in on their relationship and said that after the show ended, Charlie "reassured" her and they spoke every day. She added that there was a lot of trust in their relationship and that she was certain that neither of them would do anything to hurt each other.
Charlie explained that he didn't want to ask Katherine to be his girlfriend while they were still filming Too Hot To Handle season 6. He said that he didn't want to rush anything and credited the patience the two showed for being "so solid together" after the show.
The cast member added that although he knew he loved Katherine while they were filming, he wanted to give them a "chance" once the cameras were put down.
"The only way for me to do that was to let us go our separate ways at the end of it, meet up in real life, and see what the actual connection was. And ultimately, I went and met her in real life, I was so nervous. I flew over to L.A. not too long ago," Charlie said.
While speaking about meeting each other outside the show, it made her wonder if they would work as a couple. She added that she then realized she loved Charlie and wanted to make it work.
Charlie further said that after the show, he made his girlfriend a priority and wanted to build a "real-life relationship" in which he could be confident, comfortable, and secure. He added that she was a "special person." Katherine added that the Too Hot To Handle season 6 cast member made her feel "super safe" and she was thankful to him for letting her know it was okay to show emotions.
