Below Deck Mediterranean season 9 episode 10 was released on Bravo on Monday, August 5, 2024. The episode, titled Regret Me Knot, saw major drama between Bri and Ellie about the laundry situation that has been going on for a few episodes. Another problem the episode featured was the "jacuzzi valve" situation, which was resolved after Gael came clean to the captain.

Below Deck Mediterranean, episode 10, saw the crew members go out and enjoy their day at the beach. However, it ended with Aesha telling Bri about her thoughts about letting the latter go due to her mistakes.

The official synopsis for the tenth episode reads:

"The stews face an ultimatum given by Capt. Sandy. Aesha implements a new laundry system. A deckhand’s song about their romantic dilemma is overheard. During a day off, a deckhand apologizes as romance escalates."

Below Deck Mediterranean season 9 episode 10 saw Aesha have a serious talk with Bri and Ellie

The tenth episode of Below Deck Mediterranean season 9 started with Ellie apologizing to the captain, and she got quite emotional. She told the captain that she had behaved respectfully, been a good leader, and had no issues leaving that day.

This came after the previous episode, where the Captain told Ellie and Brit that "everyone is replaceable." The captain then told the two of them that while they were in the middle of the charter, Aesha had explained the entire situation. She said that although it was the "last thing" she wanted to do, she would have to let them both go if they told her that "this can't work."

Later, Captain Sandy called Aesha on the deck, and they discussed Bri and Ellie's situation. Because of this, Aesha felt that she had been failing as a Chief Stew, while Ellie thought that she should have kept her "mouth shut and put up with Bri's bullsh*t."

Ellie and Bri set the table for the guests’ party that night. The Captain asked Aesha if she could change Ellie and Bri’s cabin because they shared a cabin and that might not be goo for either of them.

The Deck Hand, Joe, played the piano and sang a song for Bri while Ellie was listening to it from behind the "slumber party fort" that she was building. However, Joe wasn't aware that Ellie was also listening to the song.

When the female guests saw the decoration, they loved it, but they weren't too pleased with Ellie's drink and complained to Aesha about them. In a confessional, Aesha said that as the second stew, Ellie's job "should be cocktails and decorating." She added that while Ellie was "so good" at the theme, her "cocktails kind of suck[ed]."

"And then, you know, she mislabeled Jono’s pants. I never quite know what I can rely on her for.” Aesha shared.

Next day on Below Deck Mediterranean season 9

The crew ran out of hot water after Gael accidentally left the deck's jacuzzi valve ON, and the chief engineer notified the Captain, who spoke about it with the chief engineer.

"It’s the mistake that shouldn't be happening on charter five," the Captain said.

The Captain then called Ian and Nathan to the bridge and told them about the Jacuzzi valve. Although Nathan was willing to take the blame for being there, the Captain told him that it wasn't a "nonchalant thing on charter five," adding that he needed to "get it together on deck."

In a confessional, she noted that the hot water issue "did not affect the guest experience. Calling it an "Iain problem," she said that it was a "lack of leadership" as it wasn't just the Jacuzzi issue, and there were "a lot of little things that kept happening."

Later, Iain asked crew members about the jacuzzi valve, telling them that everything that was done wrong was his fault, even if he hadn't done it. Nathan and Joe said it wasn’t them, but Gael.

Gael felt guilty about leaving the jacuzzi valve on and went to the Captain to apologize. The Captain said that Gael wasn't in trouble because when the Captain said something, it was "just to educate people.”

While the guests were packing their stuff, the Captain asked them about the dinner, which, according to the primary charter guest, Coleen, was “phenomenal.” The guests thanked the crew and the Captain for making their stay memorable.

“Laundry drama” continues: Episode 10

Bri told Ellie “not to do the laundry” because everything was out of place when she went to the laundry room and wasn't sure what was happening. Later, Bri told Aesha about the conversation, claiming that it was "literally making" her feel crazy.

"It’s not about what you want. I’m running this boat as we’ve got three girls for a minimum four-person boat. So if you’re on break and Ellie gets a spare moment, I’m not going to be like, don’t go and do laundry, because that’s wasting my time," Aesha told her.

Tip meeting, night out and more: Below Deck Mediterranean

The captain called everyone for the “Tip Meeting” and shared that the boat's owner had arranged a day out for the crew. The first part of their day would be going to the Acropolis and spending time at the beach. Captain Sandy also shared the tips, which were $21,500, $17.90 per person, and 1500 euros per person.

While everyone was getting ready, Ellie wanted to rest, and when Aesha went to talk to her, Ellie said that she felt like she needed to sleep, and get her mind together to "start fresh,"

During their night out, Aesha and Bri discussed how things had been on the boat with Bri and Ellie.

Later in the confessional, Aesha shared that "laundry is Bri's Achilles' heel."

"Laundry is Bri’s Achilles’ heel. If I can help her overcome that and get the squabbling sorted out, she could be a great stew—well, a good stew. Well…a passable stew. Okay, maybe she would just be a stew, but not a bad one," Aesha noted.

Crew’s day out at Acropolis: Below Deck Mediterranean season 9 episode 10

Everyone was getting ready for their day out and was excited to see the city and the beach. Bri and Ellie were conversing about the song that Joe played on the piano.

Ellie shared that:

"I was like, bit*h, I got NFL players in my DMs!"

Ellie wanted Joe to take accountability for the song he played and apologize. Later in the day, they were having cocktails when Joe asked Ellie if he had upset her. After Ellie replied that she felt disrespected, Joe apologized to her.

Below Deck Mediterranean episode 10 ended with the crew members discussing their next charter guests. These include Mahisha Dellinger, a Dallas socialite and CEO and founder of the natural hair care brand Curls, and her would-be husband and friends.

Captain couldn’t find her red shirt, which she told Bri about. Aesha then made a particular list of clothes that Bri would wash, while for Ellie, she chose everyone’s uniforms. Aesha also told Bri she was considering letting her go because Bri kept making mistakes.
