As Big Brother 26 concludes, the houseguests have given plenty of twists and turns to the fans of the reality show. Episode 37 aired on October 10 at 8:00 pm ET/PT featuring the final four contestants trying to reach the finale to win the ultimate prize money of $750,000.

In the last episode, the houseguests gave their all in the Power of Veto competition in hopes of joining the Head of Household Chelsie Baham in the top 3.

While Makensy Manbeck eventually won the competition, her decision to use the power will determine the fate of the remaining houseguests like Cam Sullivan-Brown, and Rubina Bernabe.

Like the previous season, Big Brother is hosted by Julie Chen Moonves who also introduced the AI houseguest Ainsley at the start of the season. Ainsley was introduced as a wildcard who had the power to change the rules of the game in the middle of the competition.

What happened in Big Brother 26 episode 37?

In the last episode, Makensy won the Veto competition with only one round left. Cam guessed the wrong answer first giving Makensy the chance at redemption to win the final Veto.

Chelsie expressed delight at Makensy’s win as this meant she had to choose which player to put up on the chopping block in case Maknesy saves herself through Veto.

Cam was disappointed again after losing another competition in Big Brother while Rubina was confident that Chelsie would move forward with their all-female finale plan. Makensy later confided in Chelsie that she was worried about Cam in the finale as he had "done better than Rubina" in the competitions.

Meanwhile, in the jury house, the jurors showcased disappointment as Kimo joined them after eviction. After going over the BB Comics competition footage, jurors expected that Cam would be the winner, but soon found out that the latter did not finish at the top.

This prompted them to speculate that Cam was throwing competitions on purpose.

Julie welcomed a familiar face in Big Brother season 25 winner Jag Bains who shared his views on the current season's cast. Jag shared his worst move of this season which was Makensy evicting Leah, but added that Chelsie manipulating Makensy into evicting Leah was the best move. Before leaving, he predicted that Chelsie was going to win.

Back in the house of Big Brother, Rubina pitched to Makensy for the final time and reminded her of the all-female finale promise. Rubina also claimed that Cam would prefer Chelsie over Makensy, but she would pick Makensy over Chelsie if picked.

Makensy liked the idea and was confident to beat Rubina in any further competitions.

In a conversation with Chelsie, Makensy expressed worries regarding Rubina having a strong story to lure jury votes while Cam did not. Moreover, Rubina had two of her former friends on the jury which could turn the tide in her favor.

Later, Makensy told Cam that it was difficult to make a decision about whom to eliminate from Big Brother's house.

Cam admitted that if he ousted his friend Chelsie and went to the finale with Makensy, that could benefit him as that would showcase his skills and wit to reach the finale.

During the live Veto meeting and eviction, Makensy started things off and used the Power of Veto to take herself off the chopping block. She went on to cast her sole vote to evict Rubina and explained that she wanted to be loyal to the people who have stood beside her through this journey.

After her eviction, Rubina told Julie she wasn’t surprised by Makensy's decision but still hoped that she stuck with the all-female finale pact.
