Big Brother is a reality TV show where contestants, known as houseguests, live together under constant surveillance, competing in various challenges and voting each other out until one person remains to win a cash prize. A key element of the game is forming alliances to navigate the house's social and strategic dynamics.
Over the years, certain alliances have stood out for their success and impact on the game. Alliances like Chilltown and The Cookout have become legendary for their strategic gameplay and dominance. These alliances, among others, have not only shaped the outcomes of their respective seasons but have also left a lasting impact on the game.
Some of best alliances in Big Brother
1) Chilltown (Season 2)

Chilltown was established on season 2 by Dr. Will Kirby and Mike "Boogie" Malin. Their partnership began in episode 4, and the magic duo quickly became a force to be reckoned with, playing the game in quite an innovative way, considering that strategy in the show was still pretty young at that time.
Deception and manipulation were their tools, and their diary room sessions were simply incomparable. What made them take control of the game was when they started causing other houseguests not to trust each other, which later set the stage for future alliances.
2) The Renegades (Season 10)

The Renegades - Dan Gheesling and Memphis Garrett - formed an alliance in episode 14 of season 10, built on mutual trust and strategic goals.
Dan and Memphis tried their best within those key competitions, manipulating votes, to stay in their positions within the house. This pair of renegades was able to get to the final two, with Dan taking the win with his strategic gameplay.
3) The Brigade (Season 12)

In episode 4 of season 12, the Brigade was a four-person alliance: Hayden Moss, Enzo Palumbo, Lane Elenburg, and Matt Hoffman. The coalition was distinctly characterized by the bond and shared strategic vision among the members.
Despite being the minority, the Brigade was able to control the house because of side alliances created by the group. Led by Hayden, the group remained loyal and was able to retain control, even through the eviction of one of their own in Matt. Hayden's leadership eventually propelled him to victory that season.
4) The Cookout (Season 23)

The Cookout was formed in episode 1 of season 23 to ensure that at the very least one of their own would win the season. The alliance included Tiffany Mitchell, Hannah Chaddha, Xavier Prather, Kyland Young, Derek Frazier, and Azah Awasum.
The alliance planned for a person outside this alliance, who could be their closest friend, to shift suspicion away from the alliance. Their work harmonized very well with strong alliances, and these strong allies brought Xavier to victory, making it one of the most successful alliances in the show's history.
5) The Hitmen (Season 16)

Another famously successful alliance was the Hitmen, formed by Derrick Levasseur and Cody Calafiore in season 16 and solidified in episode 11. Their strategy was simple but very successful.
Ultimately, Derrick and Cody treated the game like clockwork as they moved through the opponents methodically while keeping the alliance under wraps. Derrick's strategic game-calling, coupled with Cody's athleticism, made them unstoppable throughout the season until Derrick took the top spot.
Each alliance brought a unique strategy to the game, leaving a lasting impact on future seasons of Big Brother. These alliances demonstrated that success in the game requires not just winning competitions but also outmaneuvering opponents to keep the alliance strong and intact.
