In this punishment, two contestants are tied together for a day or two, forcing them to be together all the time. Britney and Brenden from season 12 of the show were handcuffed together, which led to controversy as Brenden felt the need to bathe too many times during the punishment.
Another such example of this was from season 19 of Big Brother, where Paul and Chrisman were tied together dressed as skydivers. Chrisman had his foot broken and had to travel on a scooter tied to Paul for 48 hours.

Have-nots punishment is one of the most common punishments in the house.
