Big Brother season 26 returned with a new episode in which the new Head of Household was chosen and three new nominees for the upcoming task were announced. During the wall challenge, players had to stay on the wall for the longest time duration to eventually become the HOH and use their power to eliminate whoever they saw as a threat.

What happened on Big Brother season 26 episode 16?

On Big Brother season 26 episode 16, the 12 remaining players competed to win the Head of the Household position and nominate three people for a possible elimination challenge. In this competition, the main task was to hang from the wall for the maximum amount of time.

The first participant to slip off instantly was Angela followed by Kimo and Joseph who could balance himself for around a total of seven minutes.

After that, Leah and Chelsie dropped within eight to nine minutes respectively, making themselves a possible target in the eyes of the new HOH which was to be decided by the end of this task.

T’Kor could compete longer than 15 minutes and Rubina also left after a total of 23 minutes. Meanwhile, Makensy and Brooklyn could last for 18 minutes in the wall-hanging task.

By the end of the episode, the remaining Big Brother cast members were still competing in the task which included Cam, Quinn, and Tucker. Unfortunately, Cam tried to maintain his balance but fell after staying in the game for 29 minutes.

Viewers could sense that Quinn didn't want to give up and wanted to compete till the end, however, it was becoming difficult for him to do so due to the nature of the game.

Then it was revealed that Tucker was the winner and hence the Big Brother season 26 Head of Household for this week. He took his time to decide who his three nominees for the elimination challenge would be.

Tucker also made a new alliance in this process, gathering support from fellow house guests including Kimo, T’Kor, Angela, Rubina, and Joseph.

After a lot of thinking, Tucker told the BB house guests that the three nominees he chose for a possible eviction were Quinn, Cam, and Brooklyn.

Previously, Tucker had admitted that he had no intentions of targeting Quinn as he was one of the strongest players in the house so competing with him gives Tucker the motivation to perform better. He clarified that someone else was his target and the other two nominees would help him “achieve that."
