What happened in Big Brother season 26 episode 20?
Being the new HoH of Big Brother house, T’Kor devised a plan of keeping Tucker on the elimination block and using him as a pawn. She wanted to do so to make sure that either Cam or Makensy would be defeated in the veto and arena competitions, which in turn would lead to the elimination of either of them. Tucker didn't enjoy the idea of becoming a pawn in her plan and was disappointed that no one else volunteered.
T’Kor proceeded to meet both Cam and Makensy and declared that if either of them backed out of the Power Of Veto competition, she would consider excluding them. This notion worried Leah and she had a conversation with Cam to share her worries. She told him that she might be the one to be nominated in case someone backed out of the veto competition.
Tucker hung out with Kimo and T’Kor and asked the new HoH whether it was right if he won the veto and didn't use the power. T’Kor responded positively to that, but Tucker still mentioned that he felt hurt for being used as a pawn. Later in the Diary Room, Tucker claimed if he won the veto, he would remove himself and look after himself over others.
Then came the selection ceremony for veto players in which Cam chose Joseph, while T’Kor chose Angela’s chip and the three nominees to play. Chelsie said her dues and told Cam that he made a mistake by not choosing her.
The competition for winning veto was AI Apocalypse, where players had to use slingshots to knock down boards with scores on them. The game was round-based and the lowest scoregetter would get to choose one of the top secret envelopes with a prize or punishment inside. The person eliminated from the task could also trade their cards with the one who was eliminated before them.
The events of the AI Apocalypse went in the following sequence:
- Joseph was first to go and his chosen envelope was “Golden Power of Veto.”
- Angela was next, and her chosen envelope was “Trapped in the Matrix,” which she traded with Joseph.
- Makensy was next and chose “Last Chance Luau,” a trip for two to Hawaii.
- T’Kor then chose the “Radiation Eradication” envelope, a 12-hour punishment where she would have to clear the yard of radioactive items. She traded it with Angela.
- In the final found, Tucker got the “End of Days Dollars” envelope which he exchanged for the Power of Veto from T’Kor.
- Cam got the last envelope, which was a “Big Brother AI Assist” punishment. He exchanged it for the power of veto.
The houseguests of Big Brother who lost in the AI Apocalypse task were shown completing their punishments. After this, Tucker's avatar appeared and warned that T’Kor would be his target and that “Quinn and Chelsie" were "not to be trusted”. All the houseguests suspected that it was the doing of Angela, which prompted Tucker to have a one-on-one chat with her.
He expressed his trust in her and revealed that all the houseguests of Big Brother suspected her. After the conversation, Angela disclosed to the cameras that she believed Tucker was deceiving her and she'd like to target him next.
Angela immediately went to Leah, Quinn, and Makensy with her plan after which Quinn revealed Angela's plan to T'Kor and Kimo. After this information, Quinn hoped T’Kor would put Angela up for nomination but T'Kor didn't intend to hamper her relationship with Angela. This prompted Quinn to go directly to Tucker who was disappointed by the news.
Tucker asked Angela about the situation and Angela agreed that it was hard to trust him. Tucker tried hard to convince Angela but failed to do so. Tucker went on to defend Angela in front of T'Kor and asked for Leah to be nominated instead, but T'Kor didn't want to upset Quinn.
Cam used his veto power and removed himself from the nomination block. T’Kor ultimately decided to put Angela up for nomination which left Tucker disappointed.
