Big Brother season 26 episode 24 revealed that the AI arena competitions have come to an end. As per the show's format, the Head of Household had the power to select three nominees for eviction, and these nominees had a chance to save themselves from going home through a mini-competition.
In episode 24, Rubina saved herself in the last AI challenge and Joseph was sent home. This meant the remaining nine houseguests were declared as jury.
From episode 25— released exclusively on CBS on Sunday, September 8, 2024, at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT— onwards, only two houseguests are to be nominated for a possible eviction. All remaining cast members— Angela Murray, Cam Sullivan-Brown, Chelsie Baham, Kimo Apaka, Leah Peters, Makensy Manbeck, Quinn Martin, Rubina Bernabe, and T’kor Clottey— competed in the HOH competition.
To viewers' surprise, Chelsea was once again declared as the new Head of Household. She chose Angela and Kimo as her two nominees, as they struggled to maintain their performance in the game. The house politics, alongside group dynamics, might completely change, now that Chelsea is the new HOH and Angela's position in the house is threatened.
